The best variety so far this season! We will be eating good this week! Roasted carrots, steamed green beans, maybe some cabbage soup! |
Steamed this up for dinner with our guests that we had for the holiday weekend. |
Used the chard and tomato for our 4th of July dinner on some burgers! |
Also for the burgers. Mmmm they were good burgers! |
An herb day, Thyme on the right and 3 different kinds of basil on the left. |
These plus the previous ones made up our first serving of fresh green beans for the season, and they were soooo good! |
It's Harvest Monday over at Daphne's Dandelions, click on over and check out the harvests.
Very nice, indeed!

ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous and diverse harvest! Phenomenal!
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice harvest. I'm working on getting some of my herb harvested and dried. Today is oregano. I'll have to check the thyme plants and see if they are big enough yet. It is always hard in the first year.
